Models and platforms

Models make clips. vidBoard makes lessons.

Google Veo and Kling are AI models: they turn a prompt into a few seconds of footage. Tools like Higgsfield are built on top of them for short cinematic and social clips. A lesson needs one presenter, a script, slides and subtitles for ten minutes straight.

Why it costs less

We own the expensive parts.

The costly part of AI presenter video is making the lips move with the voice. Most tools rent that from someone else. vidBoard built its own.

Our own lip-sync technology

The technology that moves the presenter's lips is built and run by vidBoard. We don't pay an outside AI company every time a presenter speaks.

Our own GPU servers

Videos render on servers we run, with several videos rendering side by side on the same machine.

One price per video

A video is a video, whichever presenter you choose. No credits that cost 4 or 48 a minute depending on the avatar.

One workspace

Subtitles, voices, dubbing and editing are all in vidBoard, so you don't pay for three more tools.

Cost questions

Is a 10-minute video really $1.33?

On the Pro Studio pack, yes. It costs $199 for 150 videos, each up to 30 minutes, which is $1.33 a video. On Creator ($99 for 50 videos) it is $1.98, and on Starter ($15 for 10 videos of up to 3 minutes) it is $1.50.

Why is vidBoard so much cheaper?

We built our own lip-sync technology and run it on our own GPU servers, so we don't pay another AI company for every minute a presenter speaks. Several videos render side by side on the same machine.

What happens when my videos run out?

Buy another pack whenever you are ready. You pay per pack, and there is no monthly bill in between.

How long can one video be?

It depends on your pack: Starter videos are up to 3 minutes, and Creator and Pro Studio videos are up to 30 minutes. Need longer? Enterprise plans offer longer runtimes.

Does a short video use a whole credit?

Yes. Each video uses one credit, whatever its length up to the plan's limit. That is why the price per minute is lowest when you make full-length videos.

Can I still use Veo or other AI models?

Yes. VidAI, inside vidBoard, generates clips, images and music with leading AI models using your own key. You can drop those clips straight into a vidBoard video.

Where do the competitor prices come from?

Each company's listed prices, checked in October 2026, for entry plans with an AI presenter (monthly billing) and Google's Gemini API rates for Veo 3.1. Prices change, so check each company's pricing page. Details are below.

  • Prices are as listed by each company, checked in October 2026. Presenter platforms use monthly billing; yearly billing is cheaper on some plans.
  • A platform's price per minute is the plan price divided by the minutes it includes. A 10-minute lesson is ten times that.
  • HeyGen sells credits. A minute of Avatar IV video from a photo uses 16 credits; other avatar models use from 4 to 48 credits a minute.
  • AI model prices are for footage only. Each Veo clip is up to 8 seconds and every clip generated is charged. Editing, voice and subtitles cost extra.
  • vidBoard's price per minute is for a 10-minute video, and in brackets for a full 30-minute one. A shorter video still uses one video credit.
  • Synthesia, HeyGen, Colossyan, D-ID, Google Veo, Kling and Higgsfield are trademarks of their owners. vidBoard is not connected to them.
