This free video cutter does the two jobs people actually need: keep one section of a clip, or delete a section from the middle. There is no watermark, no account, no queue and no upload — the file is read straight off your device and processed with WebAssembly inside the page, so a 200 MB video does not cost you a 200 MB upload.
It is handy for cropping the dead air off the front of a screen recording, cutting an ad break out of a downloaded clip, or pulling a short highlight out of a longer take before you post it. Exports are written as standard MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio) so they play everywhere and drop straight into any editor.

Trim keeps the section you highlighted and throws away the rest. Cut does the opposite: it removes the highlighted section and joins the two remaining pieces together.
The first export downloads a one-time video processing engine of roughly 32 MB. After that it is cached, and later exports start immediately.
